Shella Care Management Services was established in 2004 after experiencing firsthand the challenges of caring for individuals with functional needs. The Shella Foundation is in an outgrowth of this. We recently celebrated our 15th anniversary helping families in our community deal with the challenges of caring for individuals with special needs and the elderly. Whether it's partnering with other organizations or our Foundation events we are dedicated to continue our mission.
